The Fish Project is a program that allows us to harvest edible salmon from hatchery returns. The fish are delivered to customers throughout Washington State as both filets and patties, providing much needed protein to the hungry. The Fish Project operates at no cost to the taxpayers and provides product at no cost to our customers.
